Kindness

I don’t normally do this, but I have to publicly acknowledge the wonderful people at Smith’s Funeral Homes in Burlington.  They have made lovely arrangements in the past for members of Lauren’s family.  When my father-in-law went to talk to them about our son, they waived all of their fees.  All of them.  Ezra will be cremated and laid to rest with Lauren’s mother, and I will be forever grateful to Smith’s for making an impossible thing a little bit easier.
